I recently got the Platinum machine and a steel rule die for my birthday (wonderful hubby!) and yesterday afternoon I managed to squeeze out a few minutes to play.
I used 4 card stocks, Cocoa Powder, Oatmeal Cookie, Pumpkin Bread, and Journey Basics Neutrals (pattern papers). I also used 3 different Silks, Dark Roast, Bronze, and Citrus Cooler. I made a double bow from the Natural Twine and added the Star Button. A final phrase from the Sentimental Prints set and voila!
I did sponge Cocoa Powder ink around the feathers and used the same to stamp the phrase. Can you see the Pumpkin Bread piece? I embossed it with the Beach Towel folder.
This would be a great card for a gentleman friend who isn't feeling well, or maybe for his birthday! What would you use it for?
