The background chicken wire image (from Distressed Backgrounds Flair) and label (from For A Friend) are both by Close To My Heart. I used a small punch for the butterflies.
I added a couple clear rhinestones to each butterfly for that touch of bling. I consider this a CAS (clean and simple) card even though it has a few layers.

Blue and CAS a very striking combo in any card. Way to go, Carol. doing a spot of color brings the eye back to second and third servings of great sentiment and care through your card crafting. WOW!
