A Fast Mother's Day Card Times 4

Last year hubby and I took a trip to the Grand Canyon and took the opportunity to ride the train from Williams, AZ to the Canyon and back.  Was a fabulous trip and I took lots of photos.  One of them was taken especially to make into cards and I decided to make 4 Mother's Day cards using it.  Red Rubber Inspirationals challenge this week is to make a Mother's Day card so this is also my submission.

Here are all 4. I layered the photo on some dark green card stock then on my white card base.  Stamped image by Red Rubber Designs from a set called Trendy Greetings.  The set is one that I go to often.  Here's a closer look at the card...

This photo was taken just a little ways down the Angel Trail and this tree was growing above a little "tunnel" the trail went through.  Hubby also took a picture of this tree and we laughed when we found out we each took this picture.  But this one is mine.   He centered the tree in his photo.  I prefer my offset one.  Perfect for photo cards!

So now head on over to Red Rubber Inspirationals and check out the inspiration projects. Mother's Day is coming up fast!

Love this card idea- and love the idea of taking pics in a beautiful area like this and using them for a card.
