Sketch Challenge on 52 (Christmas) Card Throwdown

I love this sketch on 52 (Christmas) Card Throwdown but did have difficulty making it work with the images I chose to use.  But I think I did ok!

Isn't this sketch cool???  I did decide to make mine an A2 size for ease of mailing.

All stamped images are from Red Rubber Designs.  I used Holiday Wreath, Star Wreath, and Trendy Greetings.   I also used a couple dies from Spellbinders, paper from Bo Bunny, and clear rhinestones.

Here's a closer look at the wreath.  I stamped it in a green ink then gold embossed the stars and added some itty bitty rhinestones so that the snowflakes would coordinate better.  I die cut the snowflakes from the same paper pack as the  rest of the paper.

Yesterday I went into Costco to purchase my annual supply of contacts.  I also ordered a pair of glasses since mine are 11 years old.  I had such severe allergies last fall that I couldn't wear my contacts for a week or so and my old glasses do not change color for being outside so I was in double agony (allergies & sun).  Since I was in town I popped over to Michaels (and I paid cash since they've been hacked on card payments) and found this cute little rack on sale for 1/2 price!  It now holds my Copic Markers.

Only problem... I better not purchase any more markers!!!  But hopefully now since they're a bit better sorted I can find the ones I'm looking for.  And I added something to the back....

I needed a place to hold my refills and marker book.  Yeah, I know, it's ugly but since it's on the back... I don't care!  LOL!  It works!  It is about 1" narrower than the bin that previously held my markers but maybe some day I'll come up with something different.

So now pop over to 52 (Christmas) Card Throwdown and check out the fabulous inspiration pieces and those of us who are giving this a try.  At the time of this post I'm # 3 in the challenge.
