WOYWW Week 165

Today is another What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.  I missed last week but managed to get a pic last night of my desk and a cool tote I just purchased.  This fun blog hop was started by Julia at the Stamping Ground in England and it is fun looking at other crafters' workdesks and works in progress.  This is mine:

I'm working on some little Halloween treat boxes for an upcoming class and my prototype is on the pad.  And you can see the stamps I used (top of pad) and template (to the left).  The stamps are by Inky Antics called Monster Maker.  I have another set by the same company but will show it when I get the pumpkin made.  And stay tuned for the little monster... He'll be in my next post.

Recently I attended a small Christmas In July retreat in Green Valley, AZ sponsored by AZ Scrapbooking .  It was great fun and one gal had the coolest little collapsible tote!  Needless to say, I purchased one for those days when I have a class and it's raining (it does rain here in southern AZ... we've had over 4" in July). I purchased it from Ace Hardware for about $25 before sales tax.

Here it is collapsed.  It's only about 2" thick and about 2' tall and a bit over 1' wide.  When opened it will easily hold 12" x 12" paper and has a pocket on the front.  You may want to click on the picture to read the label.

The handle isn't fully extended in the pic but it raises up until it's about 3' high.  You may want to check with your local Ace and check it out!  I think for now it would be great for keeping my paper from Memory Works separate from my other paper....  Who knows....

A smart cart for your Art!
It looks great and will be brilliant for not only storage but also for tootling about! ;D
So you have Christmas in July events too. I'm a Brit living in Melbourne at the moment, but a hot Christmas doesn't work for me but neither does it work arriving in July! I'm just an old fashioned gal I guess.
Happy WOYWW ~ enjoy #37

Wow, Mrs Organised! A new cart which looks particularly good 0- I like the flat top which can double as another desk /surface when you're at a crop...very appealing feature if you bring loads of stuff!
