Birthday Celebrations!

Here I was playing around making a birthday card. What do you think??

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with the projects I need to get done so I opted for some paper piecing! I used Little Cupcakes stamp set and Pop Rockz SWIC. Aren't those candles colorful!!
I used Noir PH ink and a few buttons and white scrappers floss for embellishments. I colored the tops of the candles with Souffle Gelly Pens. To mail this card you would either need to turn it inside out or slip a piece of cardstock the same size as the card into the envelope to cover the cover. This card may cost a bit extra for postage, too.

Did you post a comment to win my blog candy on last Friday's (May 15th) post?? Don't forget! You must click on the word "comments" under the "You might like these stories: ...." below the post to get your comment in the right place. I know this is confusing to some but it's just how Blogger works.
